Since the ground breaking ceremony back in May 2017 a lot of things have happened in Baltic FEZ. On the construction site, the different buildings of the DOVISTA industrial complex are beginning to take shape. The two most pronounced buildings – of each 10,800 m2 – are the production and warehouse facilities. The two buildings are named M1 and M2 – M stands for Marijampole. Further, the heating central of 800 m2 is soon ready to be closed with walls and roof too, so that the installation of the boilers and technical installations can commence. During November and December all buildings will be closed with walls, roof and windows. Shortly hereafter all the mechanical and electrical installations, such as ventilation, domestic water, air condition, light and small power will commence.
